Breathe.
The mantra. Focusing on the breath calms and centers.
Ground Yourself.
There is a lot of distraction and noise out there. Unplug and be with yourself. Even if just for 5 minutes.
Practice Self-Compassion.
You yourself are the most deserving of your compassion and kindness than anyone.
Treat yourself with the same kindness as you would treat a friend. Be affirming to yourself.
Love Yourself (Unconditionally).
Similar to above, but so important that it bears repeating. There’s enough judgment in the world without you adding to it yourself. Nobody is perfect. You are deserving of your own love. No matter what.
Tap Into Your Feelings.
Notice them. Be curious about them. Don’t try to change them. Your feelings provide valuable information! They are important.
Demonstrate Courage.
Take heart! The word courage is connected to the Latin cor, meaning “heart.” It doesn’t mean to be fearless, but to find the strength to venture and persevere even in spite of fear and difficulty. Harness your inner strength to discover, unpack, and share what’s actually in your heart! Find courage to connect & explore!
Let Go.
Relinquish hurts, resentments, and grudges. Acknowledge them and their lessons, and your feelings about them, then let them go so that through acceptance of what happened, you can restore yourself to wholeness.
This does not mean to forget! Holding on to hurt hurts you. Give yourself a gift of freedom & peace.
Experience Loving and Compassionate Space.
Whether that’s with yourself, or in the spaces cultivated by Dragonfly Journeys, find space to connect with your authentic self and feel ease.
Find Wholeness Through Connection.
The term “ubuntu” from Southern Africa translates to: "I am because we are," and also means “the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity." Wholeness contends that we explore our connectedness. How will you connect with yourself and with others?
Embrace the Opportunity of Now.
Right here, in this moment, you have the power to find inner peace, if only for a few seconds. (If you don’t know how, let us show you!) NOW is always a new invitation and new opportunity. Will you accept it?
Be Held and Supported.
It is a beautiful thing to feel held and supported when traveling through troubles. Let us show you.
Find and Build Peace.
Peace is not a passive thing that you can just stumble across. It must be cultivated and built. We create spaces where you can experience it, but you must take a step to show up.
Connect. Explore. Transform.
